The Best of Gino's Newsletter

Oh yes. Our favourite newletter is from a man called Gino. He is very sexy and he likes updates his friends with a list of concerts and great comments for every artist inside. We go with him to different kind of show and I like to see what will happen! The most funny was maybe with Bob Corn, we were sitting on the lawn in the dark and he walked around us singing slow songs.

This is a list of 10 songs I've selected from Gino's 2012 Newsletter! I've made a cover album for every song...hope he like them.

1 - MUSICA DA CUCINA Crumbs
2 - SIGUR RóS “Ágætis Byrjun”
3 - BABALOT Canzone di protesta contro i cantautori

THE CURE of love

Sometimes people look at me like I'm strange. I am only a free mind, free to adore moon and stars, the warmth night and the magic of the colors light. I only want to lose me in your arms and breathe the scent of your neck. I just want to choose every day, all around me. Crying in the corner, laughing in the pool and walk imitating a cat. I live for the beauty of things that sing joy or pain. I want to dress as my body asks, not for eyes of stupids.

Yes they are!
Their love story is so powerful. They met at young age in school. He married her. It's been over 30 years and them love is still blooming. We need to thank him for such beautiful songs like Just Like Heaven (dedicated to her)...

We breathed tired tears and sailed across the channel to reach the anfitatro magical island. Hand in hand, a race against time, goodbye Grandma, I hope you heard him sing louder.

GRIMES / MUSIC FOR MY EARS, FASHION FOR MY EYES

There is a powerful harmony in Grimes. It is a project which is both musical and visual, embodying the arts of 2D, performance, dance, video and sound. Claire Boucher weaves these together to a strong rhythmic effect, “the marriage between the voice of a human and the heartbeat of a machine” [Bullett Magazine].

A self-taught singer, producer and visual artist, the 23-year-old Canadian has an ethereal falsetto and unique sound that references everything from New Age trance to Korean pop. Boucher, born in Vancouver, Canada, came to Montreal in 2006. Her experience as a performer is deeply embedded in the illegal DIY loft culture of Montreal, where Grimes was one of the prominent figures in the scene surrounding Lab Synthèse – a 4600sq ft re-appropriated textile factory.

Each album tackles a different set of influences and styles. Her newest album, Visions, incorporates influences as wide as Enya, TLC and Aphex Twin, drawing from genres like New Jack Swing, IDM, New Age, K-pop, Industrial and glitch. This approach has marked Grimes as a curator of culture, and allowed the project to remain flexible and evolving.

It's a Musical !

Yesterday night we went to Rioselva, a nice place near home. I love this magic place because a small group people live there in the nature with animals like in a farm. They create small events for few like dj-set or concerts. Before the concerts usually, you can eat with your favourite band, as in your home in family...and the dishes are cooked by them with organic food!..Aw

The fresh air was the soundtrack of the events, the food was amazing, near to a river...
simply near to the sky.

They are "It's a Musical" from Berlin.

I was so excited that I had a strangest dream ... I was swimming in a green pool in the mountains (?

Cascadeur - The Human Octopus -

Cascadeur -The Human Octopus

I am madly in love with his music. He always sings with an helmet and overalls stunts. An amazing voice comes mysteriously from his mask and leaves us breathless. Dense and pure emotion that flows in the keys of his piano, I want to hear him sing live...

Walker :
Now I'm lost, I lost the way to go
I walked for miles I talked for lies, loser
Now I'm lost, I waste my time, my days,
I feel sometimes I drink some wine, winner

I'm walker, walker, walker, walker,
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker

Now I'm lost, I lost my words and soul my cards and keys, but not my name, walker

Now I'm lost, I waste my life away,
Like a blank that's my left wonder

I'm walker, walker, walker, walker,
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker

Now I'm lost, I lost the way to go
I walked for miles I talked for lies, loser
Now I'm lost, I waste my time, my days,
I feel sometimes I drink some wine, winner
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker,
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker
I'm walker, walker, walker, walker

Now I'm lost, I lost my words and soul my cards and keys, but not my name, walker

Now I'm lost, I waste my life away,
Like a blank that's my left wonder

BELIEVE

John Lennon GOD
God is a concept,
By which we can measure,
Our pain,
I'll say it again,
God is a concept,
By which we can measure,
Our pain,
I don't believe in magic,
I don't believe in I-ching,
I don't believe in bible,
I don't believe in tarot,
I don't believe in Hitler,
I don't believe in Jesus,
I don't believe in Kennedy,
I don't believe in Buddha,
I don't believe in mantra,
I don't believe in Gita,
I don't believe in yoga,
I don't believe in kings,
I don't believe in Elvis,
I don't believe in Zimmerman,
I don't believe in Beatles,
I just believe in me,
Yoko and me,
And that's reality.
The dream is over,
What can I say?
The dream is over,
Yesterday,
I was dreamweaver,
But now I'm reborn,
I was the walrus,
But now I'm John,
And so dear friends,
You just have to carry on,
The dream is over.
